About
Les espaces de Nadja (LÉDN) is a creative spatial practice founded by architect Anđelka Bnin-Bninski. The practice is engaged in critical approach, exploring the espacement between architecture and art, theory and practice, public and private, stone and paper.
Fueled by Nadja's surrealist impulse, this force is set to challenge our existing living conditions and seeks to act beyond our realities towards mindful reinvention.
Nadja is polyvalent, subversive and triple-coded - standing for a woman character (Нађа), the notion of hope (нада), and signifying no-one (nadie). Her spaces are home for complexity, serving as a dynamic polygon for exploring a relational play.
Les espaces de Nadja is a studio that acts in inventive gestures through various scales and formats: objects and projects, curating and restoring, built things and buildings, drawing and writing, caving and folding.
Les espaces de Nadja is a research based practice strongly anchored in trans-disciplinary approach and academic pedagogy.
Les espaces de Nadja is a fine-tuned wind instrument, based in Belgrade and Bruxelles.
